We will request you forward your Police Clearance information to the Volunteer Coordinator. Please note the processing of police clearances/reports can be very timely and the time frame can vary in each country. We therefore advise future volunteers to apply for this document at the earliest possible stage to avoid disappointment should the clearance not come through in time.
Finally, the Volunteer Coordinator will confirm when the application process has been successful. The Volunteer Coordinator and the respective CNCF office will assist you in regard to living in Vietnam and working at CNCF prior to the volunteers departure and arrival in Vietnam. Assistance to volunteers may include; general information or answers to any questions the volunteer has, assistance in arranging accommodation, visa advice, what to bring and/or arranging pick up from the airport.
Please be aware that we do work in partnership with the Vietnamese Government and we are limited to the number of volunteers we have working with us at any one time.

You also need to ensure you have the necessary vaccines and that you are able to cover your own cost for flight tickets, entry visa and police clearance prior to volunteering.
On arrival our volunteers are met by a CNCF representative and they will accompany you to your hotel / guesthouse. All volunteers are provided with an information pack on arrival, which details important information pertaining to their stay and they will be able to orient them in their new role and also to life in Vietnam.
