CNCF-France, officially known as the "Association Christina Noble France", came into existence in 1992 after a French documentary produced by Dominique Torres for the television channel, France 2, brought Christina's work to the attention of the general public. During the months after the documentary was broadcast, hundreds of people from across France showed their support for Christina and her exceptional struggle to help the street children of Vietnam. Over the years CNCF-France has continued to support the operations in Vietnam and in Mongolia by organising small fundraising events, by setting up partnerships with local companies and by raising awareness about the Foundation. Thanks to the generosity of people not only in France but also in Belgium, Germany, Spain and Switzerland, CNCF-France contributes to financing the essential work carried out by Christina and her team in Mongolia and Vietnam.
The "Association Christina Noble France" is classed as a humanitarian organisation established according to the association's law of 1901. The Association Christina Noble France was authorised to receive donations and bequests by a decision of the Préfet de Police signed on the 7th October 1992 and published in the Journal Officiel on the 28th October 1992.
