We want to double our fundraising dollars over what has been raised in past couple of years; grow the number of children we sponsor from 300 to 400; as well as expand our team to support all of our wonderful Noble Community in Australia and the ever growing Noble Community in New Zealand thanks to the exposure that the NOBLE movie has given our Foundation.
The community is growing and our team needs to grow with it support each person to make a difference in which ever way they can.
To grow our team and create more effective ways to operate and support the communities in Australia and New Zealand we are going to need so expertise and resources. And we want to do that without impacting on the donations and fundraising that has been provided already.
So we had an idea, what about a Social Enterprise! A small business that operates where the profits come back to directly support and finance the expansion of our operations in Australia and New Zealand.
So in conjunction with the South East Asia Festival that is happening in Melbourne on the 12-13 March 2016 we will be opening our Sunshine Cafe for our Sunshine Children. All profits from coffee sold at the festival will directly support our fundraising efforts in Australia and New Zealand.
We hope that this will be just the first in many opportunities to have our Sunshine Cafe at events and we will be starting with a bang! With over 15,000 people expected at the event, we are expecting a lot of coffees!
We are looking for Sponsors to get us kickstarted on this Enterprise, to help us fund our set up costs of branding, banners, printing and our product to be used on the day.
