The Christina Noble Children's Foundation Social Enterprise Programme is a programme designed to raise money for the Christina Noble children's foundation by empowering third level students to create and execute their own fundraising projects. The mission is to raise €50,000+ for the Christina Noble Foundation over 60 days with the help of 100 third level students.
Each of the 100 chosen students are targeted with raising a minimum of €500 during the 60 day period by organising and hosting an event, or a series of events.
Students are required to apply for the programme via the “Social Enterprise Programme” website landing page, and are selected based on a specific set of criteria. The selected students are then matched with a professional mentor who will support them throughout their fundraising projects, and who will be able to advise them on their future career and CV techniques.
Students will develop professional skills such as project management, networking and communication skills, and they will gain practical experience that will help them gain access to jobs in their future chosen careers.
To create a Social Enterprise Programme that can continue to grow and improve yearly, and that can be rolled out to all Christina Noble Fundraising offices worldwide.
To raise €100,000 for the Christina Noble Foundation to support with the funding of various projects such as the Sunshine Social and Medical Centre, The Medical Assistance programme and the Rural Medical Stations Construction.
To recruit 100 third level students from Irish educational institutes to support this project by each raising €1,000 within 60 days, by hosting fundraising events throughout Ireland.
To recruit 50 professional mentors from top companies across Ireland to mentor and advise students on fundraising and career goals during the 60 day fundraising period.
